RTA: One of RTA’s major service providers introduced a number of Custell’s partnering solutions to them. As an example RTA score their perception of value gained through the relationship semiannually using the Custell Realtalk interview methodology. At the same time they provide recommendations for improvement to the scores. The provider then develops a plan, shares it with RTA and then implements. RTA then score again 6 months later and on the process continues. This helps the provider to drive ongoing improvement in the value delivered to RTA.
